A warm, entrepreneurial family in South Salem, NY is seeking a Nanny to join their household and provide exceptional care for their two young sons: a 10-month-old boy and a 3.5-year-old boy. The family is seeking an educated, proactive, and emotionally intelligent nanny.
Both parents own their own businesses and work primarily from home. They are very hands-on parents but intentionally give their nanny autonomy throughout the day. The nanny should be comfortable working independently while also communicating frequently with the parents regarding the children's day, milestones, concerns, and accomplishments.
The youngest child will be the primary focus for most of the day while the older son attends Montessori preschool from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The family lives next to many walking trails and outdoor spaces, making this an excellent position for someone who enjoys spending time outside, planning engaging activities, and fostering early childhood development through play.
At the beginning, this role will be strictly focused on in-home care or walking trails near the home. Once trust is built, the family will revisit allowing the nanny to take the children out of the home.
This is a live-out situation, but on the late shift they are looking to have the nanny stay over since the following shift will likely start at 6:30 am.

Thursday: 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 pm - 11:30 pm
