The ideal candidates are energetic, confident, organized, collaborative, comfortable managing multiple children (including an infant).

This is a screen-free household. The children are active, engaged, and involved in a variety of activities and interests. The home is warm and informal in tone but places a high value on professionalism, reliability, and strong communication.
