Overview

A private estate in the Washington, DC metropolitan area is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and long-term care of a private estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned estate professional who understands the difference between reactive maintenance and preventative property management. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing private residences, possesses strong technical knowledge of residential systems, and takes pride in ensuring a home consistently operates at the highest standard.

The Property Manager will oversee the maintenance of the residence, coordinate vendors and service providers, manage preventative maintenance schedules, monitor operating expenses, and oversee staff. While outside contractors support specialized systems and grounds maintenance, the Property Manager will serve as the primary point of coordination, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the family's standards.

This is a full-time, on-site position. Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates outside the Washington, DC metro area.
