Overview

A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to support them with their first child, who was born one week ago. This is an immediate hire with an immediate start date.

Please do not apply if you have trips planned during July or early August, as the family is looking for consistent care as much as possible.

Their sweet son was born via surrogacy and is healthy and thriving. Both parents are thrilled and are looking to partner with an experienced newborn professional during this exciting but exhausting time.

The position will run for approximately two months, with the possibility of an extension. The schedule consists of 10-hour overnight shifts. The family is seeking coverage for a minimum of five nights per week, with the option of up to six nights per week, depending on the candidate's availability and preference.

The baby has a separate nursery with a pull-out couch/bed for the NCS. The ideal candidate will be professional, calm, knowledgeable, and highly experienced, with a strong understanding of safe newborn care.
