Overview

A lovely family in the Bay Area of California is seeking a ROTA nanny to join the team and assist with the care of their three children. This will be a two-week on/off schedule.  In addition to the ROTA nannies, there is a supplemental, Monday through Friday, local nanny to help.  The children are 2.5, 4, and 6 years old. The ideal candidate will either already be local or be within a commutable distance to the Bay Area, or within a one-hour flight (fly in/out)  distance for their time off.  The position begins in August.  The family is seeking longevity.  

Responsibilities

  • All daytime care and will have the monitor overnight
  • Everything related to the child
  • Vegetarian meal preparation
  • Laundry and tidying up after children
  • Bathing and hygiene routines
  • Overseeing naps and bedtime routines
  • Packing and unpacking for travel
  • Planning and coordinating fun activities in various travel locations
  • Traveling with the family, when needed

Requirements

  • Legal to work in the US
  • Previous toddler through school aged experience required
  • Comfortable with multiples
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and kind
  • Hard-working, responsible, tidy, and take pride in your role
  • Team player mentality as several nannies support the family
  • Confident swimming skills
  • Valid and clean driver's license
  • Passport Ready and open to travel
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID

Salary and Benefits

The family is offering a competitive salary of $150K.  Seeking someone looking for longevity.

  • Travel bonuses ($100 on domestic flight days; $200 on international flight days)
