An UHNWI is seeking a Representative, the role will be based in Doha, Qatar. The representative will act at times as a liaison, operational manager, and trusted confidant to the Principal. This is a highly rewarding, high-exposure role offering direct mentorship from the Principal and regular interaction with HNWI. The ideal candidate must possess impeccable etiquette, absolute discretion, and the ability to operate authoritatively in an official capacity.

This is a fast paced and dynamic role that requires a 24/7 mindset.

The role is to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

•  Act as a representative.

 Oversee staff, assets, and communicate with various bodies under the Principal's name.

 Admin decisions and manage operational logistics with high autonomy.

•  Coordinate international travel logistics.

Liaise to arrange security and transport.

Draft, secure, and deliver documents and correspondence.

•  Health, Wellness, & Schedule Coordination

Manage a dynamic and demanding daily schedule (typically spanning 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM), ensuring a seamless balance between business commitments and personal wellness.

Provide proactive health logistics support

•  VIP Relations & Etiquette

 Serve as the primary point of contact 

 Maintain strict adherence to international protocols, cultural etiquette, etc.

• A flawless track record of maintaining confidentiality. A minimal or non-existent public social media footprint is highly preferred
• Outstanding communication skills, polished presentation, and the confidence to interact with UHNWI
• Ability to thrive in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment with non-traditional hours, balanced by strong organizational skills
