A professional, and travel-heavy family is seeking an experienced full-time travel nanny to join their current nanny in support of their two young sons — a newborn and a 3.5 year old. The family is open to either a 6-month temporary placement with the hope to extend to permanent or beginning with a long-term full-time role.
The family is primarily based in the Bahamas but travels frequently throughout Southern California, Canada, Europe, and other international destinations. This role requires extensive domestic and international travel and would work alongside and additional nanny and a strictly education focused governess. The household dynamic is warm but professional, and the ideal candidate is polished, discreet, emotionally intuitive, flexible, and experienced in travel-heavy private home environments.
The family places a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence, secure attachment, independence, and respectful parenting philosophies inspired by resources such as Good Inside (Dr. Becky) and Taking Children Seriously. They are seeking a nanny who aligns naturally with these values while maintaining professionalism, structure, and excellent judgment.
The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, physically active, developmentally focused, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about supporting children’s growth in a collaborative household environment.
