The primary residence is in Newburgh, New York, and the role includes periodic light upkeep of a secondary residence also in Newburgh belonging to the client’s father. The secondary home requires minimal attention, focused on general maintenance and keeping the property guest-ready ahead of infrequent visits. The family has no pets due to allergies.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00am to 4:00 or 4:30pm, totaling approximately 40 hours per week. The client is open to some flexibility on exact hours for the right candidate. The family is looking to hire as soon as the right person is identified.
