Overview

Overview

First-time parents are seeking an exceptional, career-focused ROTA nanny to join their family in a long-term position caring for their 8-month-old child. The role will start in August/September. The schedule will typically follow a 1 week on / 1 week off rotation, with the on-duty nanny providing full-time coverage during rotation, including travel as required. Detailed scheduling, handover expectations, and travel logistics will be communicated in advance whenever possible. The position will be shared alongside another nanny, with time split between the family’s residences in Puerto Rico, Philadelphia, and Europe, as well as additional international locations throughout the year.

The family is looking for a warm, experienced nanny who is confident supporting infant and early childhood development within a structured yet dynamic household environment. This is a fully-staffed home, and the ideal candidate will be collaborative, discreet, proactive, and travel-ready.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a career nanny seeking a long-term, professionally fulfilling role within a warm, respectful, and globally minded family environment.

Candidates based in the U.S. or Europe/U.K. with dual UK-EU/US work authorization and flexibility for international travel are encouraged to apply.
