A welcoming family on the Upper West Side is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain their recently renovated five-floor townhouse. The home is approximately 6,000 square feet and occupied by a family of five, including three children and two grandparents. Their longtime housekeeper of many years recently relocated, and the family is now looking for someone to step into a long-term role supporting the household’s cleanliness and organization as soon as possible. 

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment. This is a collaborative household with multiple nannies who assist with light tidying, so the family is seeking someone who can work well alongside others and maintain the home to a consistently high standard.

Schedule:

• Part-time Upper West Side of Manhattan
• Flexible schedule totaling approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Family is open to either:
  • Two full working days per week, or
  • Several shorter shifts throughout the week
• Schedule can be arranged collaboratively based on candidate availability

• General housekeeping and household upkeep
• Daily cleaning and organization of all living spaces
• Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and maintaining overall tidiness
• Some laundry and linen care
• Occasional deeper cleaning projects as needed
• Maintaining household organization and cleanliness across multiple floors

• Comfortable working in a family household alongside other staff
• Ability to maintain a clean, calm, and orderly environment

• Prior housekeeping experience in a private home
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
