Overview

A warm, dynamic British family living in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic, active, and culturally aligned nanny to care for their twins, arriving in July 2026.

The position will be live-out, and if needed the family can provide accommodation close by. The schedule is still to be determined, with the hours varying up to 12-hours per day but flexibility is required.

The start date is flexible/immediate for Dubai-based candidates and June/July for on-boarding of international candidates who have relocated. The official full-time schedule begins September 2026.

The household is fully staffed with a chef and a housekeeper allowing this role to be solely focused on child care, development, and wellbeing. The ideal candidate is an independent professional who can confidently manage infant twins alone, yet thrives working collaboratively as a "second pair of hands" when the mother is present.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of daily care for newborn twins. Offer expert advice, guide the parents through milestones, and recommend developmental equipment.
  • The nanny will be responsible for the babies laundry and ensuring their nursery and play areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • When the children are of an age, maintain an active, screen-free environment.
  • Encourage outdoor play, socialization, and swimming (they have a private pool).
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule. While a full 12-hour day is rare, you must accommodate early mornings, one late evening per week, and occasional Saturdays.
  • Accompany the family on international trips as needed.
  • Pack bags, organize the nursery, and prep children's meals only on the rare occasion the family chef is away.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with newborn twins or two children very close in age
  • Enthusiastic, active, highly organized, and an exceptional communicator
  • Native English speaker preferred. Fluency in French or Spanish is a massive advantage
  • Valid DBS/Police check required
  • Up to date Pediatric First Aid training (family will fund advanced training if required).
  • Must be a confident, strong swimmer.
  • Driving license is a plus, but not essential (the family employs a private driver).
  • Looking for a professional seeking a long-term commitment who genuinely wants to bond with the family.
  • Comfortable working with dogs, as the family have two

Salary and Benefits

  • AED 25,000 per month
  • This is a live-out role, but the family will provide accommodation close by.
  • Health insurance
  • Paid holidays
  • Annual return flight home
  • Nanny work phone.
