Overview

A high-profile international family in Miami is seeking an exceptional ROTA nanny to provide comprehensive care for their twin boys, who are almost 3 years old. The candidate will work as a co-nanny alongside the ROTA nanny BAHS placed with the family a few months ago, and the schedule will be 4 days on/off, 7 days on/off, or whatever schedule best aligns with the candidate and broader nanny team - the family is very flexible to accommodate everyone's preferences/ needs. This is a fully staffed home, and discretion and professionalism are of utmost importance for this role.

They are seeking a mentor/ guide with a clear "Adult" position - warm and kind, but capable of leading.

Responsibilities

  • Full 24/7 childcare coverage during rota: supervision, routines, emotional comfort, gentle discipline.
  • Maintaining structure and consistency within the boys’ daily schedule.
  • Teaching the children to be accountable and tidy up after themselves
  • Ensuring a well-organized, hygienic environment: clothing (including laundry for the children only), toys, nursery, and play areas
  • Mealtime support: set-up, light assistance, post-meal organization.
  • Educational and developmentally appropriate activities, sensory play, outdoor time (no screens/gadgets)
  • Packing, preparing, and accompanying the children during family travel.
  • Coordinating smoothly with the family’s educator and household team
  • There is a full-time chef, so the candidate will need to reheat food, but there is no food prep required

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in private families; twin experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge or formal background in Montessori, Waldorf, RIE, Reggio, etc. extremely welcome
  • Educational background in ECE/ Child Development or other relevant field 
  • Warm, composed, and emotionally intelligent presence.
  • Strong command of English (B2+).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • High discretion, excellent boundaries, confidentiality, and refined interpersonal skills.
  • Passport ready and able to travel both domestically and internationally with the family.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. passport, Green Card, or EAC required)
  • Nannying must be your chosen career - you must genuinely love children.
