Overview

A warm and welcoming family in Nashville is seeking a proactive, hands-on Nanny / Family Assistant to support their home and care for their newborn baby girl and 5-year-old son. This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate who is naturally helpful, takes initiative, and enjoys being an active, engaged presence in the home. The family is looking for someone who seamlessly blends excellent childcare with household support. Their ideal candidate is warm, energetic, and intuitive, someone who naturally steps in where needed and takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly. The newborn is currently on a developing routine with the support of a night nurse, and the family values structure, consistency, and attentiveness in infant care. Their 5-year-old is in school full-time, so care for him is more afternoon-focused, including pickups and activities.
