Overview

A warm, private family in New York City is seeking an incredible ROTA NCS/nanny to assist with care of their first child, who was born March 2026. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert, evidence-based childcare while helping create a nurturing, well-organized environment. The schedule for this role will be 24/7, 7 days on/off, alternating with the family's NCS, who will transition to a ROTA schedule. The family is open to a candidate who is interested in 6 months to a year, or someone who wants to stay with the family more long-term.

The family is looking for someone who is calm, confident, and highly experienced—a trusted professional who can work independently within a private household while respecting the family's rhythms, privacy, and security needs. This position is ideal for someone who finds fulfillment in working seamlessly alongside a family, providing exceptional care with a gentle, unobtrusive presence.

The family is willing to provide separate accommodations outside of the family's home, if the candidate is not local to NYC, or they are willing to assist with fly in/out. They are seeking the best of the best and are happy to be flexible for the right person.
