A fun and kind family of six is looking for a live-in nanny for their four children ages 9,7, 4 and 1 to start May 25 or soon after. This role will focus on the older two children though a candidate who can go between the different ages is essential. The nanny will very rarely have all four children solo. The family uses all organic products and cooks everything homemade/organic. This is a fragrance free household. They describe their parenting philosophy as "loving but firm" and limit screens. 

The schedule is Monday through Friday with a split schedule. The day begins around 630am, helping make breakfast, packing up lunches, and getting the older two to school before a break/downtime. The afternoons are busy with school pickup and driving the children to activities, sports, and play dates. Back home for dinner and bedtime with most days ending by 8 or 830pm. Much of the role will be tag teaming with the other nanny or mom for a "divide and conquer approach." Weekend work will be very rare and always with notice. 

• Full childcare for 2 children at a time (rarely all four alone)
• Simple, healthy kid-friendly cooking and snack prep
• Children's laundry 
• Occasional errands such as grocery shopping 
• Travel will be split between the two nannies and typically no more than 2 weeks per year
• Driving including school drop offs and pick ups, driving to after school activities, etc. Nanny car provided 

• Sweet, genuine, nurturing personality. Easy going and not overwhelmed by a busy household. 

• Strong communicator and team player
• Organized, proactive, able to jump in to help out wherever needed with little direction. Someone who thrives with autonomy would be the best fit. 

• Comfortable living and working in a faith-forward home. The children attend a Christian school and prayer is part of their daily lives
• Driver’s license and clean driving record (nanny car available for driving the children)
• Legal to work in the US
• Trustline certified, or willing to certify before start date

$35-40 per hour plus standard benefits (two weeks PTO, sick days, holidays, etc.)

Live-in accomodations include a private bedroom and bathroom. The family is open to relocation candidates and will assist with that process
