A lovely family of three living in the Cayman Islands is seeking a professional, flexible, and proactive live-out nanny. This role supports a busy family in caring for their 1.5-year-old son. You will work alongside a hands-on mother, transitioning between collaborative care and periods of full autonomy. The schedule is to be confirmed but will be 5-days per week and 8-hours per day, with flexibility as the days may vary week to week. The role also includes frequent international travel.

• Provide high-quality care and age-appropriate engagement for a 1.5-year-old boy.
• Prepare and cook light, nutritious meals for the child as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Mom, while being fully capable of taking "sole charge" when required.
• While a housekeeper is employed, a "team player" attitude is essential to assist with light household tasks when necessary.

• Must hold a valid, travel-ready passport (UK, EU, or US preferred) for frequent international trips.
• Fluent English speaking. 
• Must also be a fluent Russian speaker or have Russian as a strong second language.
• Proven experience caring for toddlers with a focus on developmental milestones.
• A valid driver’s license is considered a significant bonus.
• Adaptable, energetic, and professional with a "muck-in" mentality.
