Seeking a highly experienced, service-minded, full-time, year-round Housekeeper to provide cleaning and laundry services across multiple residences. All team members are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, wardrobe care, and home readiness. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive. Position reports to the Estate Manager and works closely with Principals, assistants, and other team members.

The schedule vary between two shifts, 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm. Some overtime will be required from time to time. 

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, team, and guests.
• Maintain a calm, discreet, and professional demeanor
• Perform daily cleaning services in all bedrooms and common areas while adhering to household protocols.
• Occasional travel to other properties for 2-4 weeks at a time.
• Ensure seamless transitions between properties and readiness for the principal's arrival.
• Run errands if needed
• Provide expert laundry and wardrobe care, including washing laundry, hand washing special items, and ironing garments and bedding
• Packing/unpacking for travel and seasonal wardrobe rotation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain detailed closet inventories for Principals and children.
• Prepare guest rooms to ensure exceptional presentation and amenities.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes in handling evolving priorities.

• Preferably long-standing relationships with each prior employer

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a large primary residence or luxury hospitality
• Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of service.
• Highly professional, discreet, and polished with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of handling tasks such as standing, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in homes with children and pets.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Valid passport; ability to travel on short notice. Domestic and international travel may be required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S
