A sweet family of five is seeking a part-time housekeeper to help care for their home on the Upper East Side. The schedule for this role is flexible- the family is seeking approximately 20 hours per week on 2-3 non-consecutive days. They are open to three shorter days or two longer days, depending on the availability and interest of the ideal candidate. 

• All upkeep of a 4-bedroom apartment
• Deep cleaning
• Organization and tidying- creating and maintaining systems throughout the home
• Laundry
• Occasional assistance with admitting vendors and maintenance personnel

• Kind, with a pleasant disposition
• Competent self starter
• Able to follow directions and maintain established organization systems 
• Excellent communicator
• Comfortable working in a busy home with children  

• US work authorization 
• Comfortable working around children 
• Excellent, verifiable references

• $45-55/hr.
