Overview

A warm and thoughtful family in Tribeca is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their infant, who will be approximately 4 months old at the start of the role. The anticipated start date is early May, with some flexibility for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nanny who is confident in infant care and enjoys supporting early development through structure, routine, and thoughtful engagement, and excited about building a long-term connection with the family. The caregiver should bring a calm, grounded presence while also engaging warmly and playfully with the baby.

The schedule will generally be 45–50 hours per week, typically falling between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional later evenings or a Saturday with advance notice.

The family values consistency and is working toward establishing strong daytime rhythms around feeding, sleep, and development. They are looking for a loving, organized, and proactive nanny who takes initiative and can support and maintain structured routines, track daily patterns, and help guide the baby through developmental milestones in the first year and beyond.

This is a long-term opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about childcare and interested in growing with a family over time.
