Overview

A warm and caring Miami-based family is seeking an experienced, professional live-in nanny to join their household ahead of an exciting and busy season of growth. The family currently has 2 children, aged 3 years and 19 months, with twins expected by June 2026. This is a long-term position with an April or May 2026 start date. The family is collaborative, hands-on, and deeply invested in finding the right person to grow with them over the long term, ideally 10 plus years.

The schedule will be 5 days on and 2 consecutive days off, with flexibility to work on weekends. The family currently has part-time weekday and weekend support. The role requires 40 to 50 hours of work per week, with flexibility on daily scheduled start and end times.

The role will begin as a transitional position supporting the 2 older children, who start school in August, with responsibilities expanding once the twins arrive. The family prioritizes balance and does not expect one person to manage all four children at once. They plan to incorporate a rotating nanny system over time to support their childcare needs.

You must be local to Miami or willing to relocate at your own expense, as this is a live-in role.
