Overview

A warm, dynamic, and deeply engaged family based in beautiful Lake Oswego is seeking an exceptional ROTA Nanny/Family Assistant to join their collaborative household. This family is communicative and values a well-run, organized home filled with warmth, structure, and positive energy. They are looking for someone who brings both professionalism and heart, and who naturally connects with children and takes pride in creating smooth, intentional days.

You will be supporting three school-aged children (11,11, and 10), guiding them through their daily routines while also contributing to the overall organization and flow of the household. The position naturally shifts throughout the week - daytime hours (while children are in school) are focused on household management, while afternoons and evenings center on childcare, homework support, and family routines.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being both hands-on with children and proactive behind the scenes.
