A warm, highly engaged family on the Upper East Side is seeking a full-time nanny to join their established caregiving team and help care for their four children, ages 5, 3.5, 2, and 6 months.

This is a team-oriented role within a well-supported household, and the ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating with other caregivers while maintaining consistency, professionalism, and clear communication.

While the family has four children, the three oldest are in school during the day, meaning the primary “busy” window occurs during the after-school hours, when the children return home and transition into the evening routine. The children follow consistent schedules and are accustomed to structure and healthy sleep habits, allowing the nanny to focus on maintaining routines while bringing warmth, playfulness, and calm leadership to the day.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with three overnight shifts per week (ideally Tuesday through Thursday, though the family is flexible). A private bedroom and bathroom are provided for overnight stays. Overnight responsibilities primarily consist of monitor support and being present in the home if needed.
