A highly accomplished, licensed clinical psychologist and business owner is seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support both professional and day-to-day operational needs. The assistant will serve as a right-hand partner, managing communications, coordinating a complex schedule, maintaining office organization, and handling administrative and personal logistics so the principal can remain focused on clinical work, speaking engagements, and running the company.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys being indispensable, anticipates needs before they arise, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, in the Manhattan office.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and professional correspondence
Coordinate and maintain an ever-changing calendar and appointments
Schedule meetings, sessions, travel, and professional commitments
Keep office organized, stocked, and running efficiently
Liaise with clients, vendors, and business contacts
Handle errands and daily logistics for the principal
Assist with administrative projects and operational tasks
Track action items and follow through to completion
Maintain discretion with sensitive professional and personal information
Anticipate needs and proactively remove friction from the principal’s day
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Anticipatory mindset; naturally one step ahead
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Excellent communicator with polished professional presence
Comfortable working closely with a high-performing principal
Takes ownership and pride in making operations seamless
Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
Able to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment
Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting a busy principal or executive
Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
Proficiency with office systems, email platforms, and scheduling software
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable handling both professional and personal tasks
Must be able to work fully in-office, Monday through Friday
Authorized to work in the U.S.
$120,000 - $140,000 annually DOE
