A loving family of three living in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, CA, is seeking an experienced specialized nanny or NCS for their one-year-old. The child has a severe behavioral feeding aversion, in addition to GERD and allergies. The role starts ASAP, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Your primary focus is on feeding management. She is hyperactive/distracted and has a negative association with the bottle due to past pain

• Zero pressure
  • Must practice "responsive feeding." If she refuses/arches, you stop immediately. No forcing, tricking, or coaxing. 
• Providing all aspects of childcare while creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Other requirements
  • Laundry
  • Light housekeeping, such as emptying the dishwasher
  • Keeping general areas tidy
  • Meal prep

• Resilience: Ability to remain emotionally neutral and calm during refusals
• Has "nerves of steel" and understands the medical nuance of aversion
• This family needs a teammate and someone they can trust 
• Required to maintain a constant line of communication, report to the parents, and work well on a team

• Proven history with medical feeding issues/aversion (not just "picky eating")
• NICU, Nursing, or OT/SLP background preferred. 
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to transport the child
• Non-smoker

• The hourly rate is open, and they are looking for someone specialized
• $50 per hour, flexible
