Overview

A kind and caring family of three relocating to Tribeca, NY at the end of January is seeking an amazing nanny to care for their 16-month-old son. The family would ideally prefer the role to be live-out but are open to live-in for the right candidate. The schedule is still to be confirmed but will most likely be Monday through Friday, or Tuesday through Saturday with 10-hours per day.

Even though mom is present and is actively involved with her son, there will be times when the nanny has sole charge, so candidates must feel confident with this dynamic.

The father travels regularly for business both domestic and international. During this time the whole family typically travels together, and the nanny would join them too. Though for short trips there may be times when the nanny stays behind with their son and proxy parent.

Their son may be starting nursery in the fall, and if he does, the nanny would be responsible for drop off and pick-ups.

As well as US candidates, the family is open to relocating a British or European nanny on a J1 visa.

The ideal candidate is a Norland graduate, or candidates who have had similar training and education.

This position is to start at the end of January, but the family is happy for the candidate to join them earlier if it's the perfect fit.

The ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy working with children, be loving, have a positive nature, well-spoken and educated and able to think on their feet.
