A wonderful family in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a full-time nanny for their 4-month-old son. This is a full-time, live-in position and the nanny will be provided with a private bedroom and bathroom. The family is looking for the nanny to join them by the end of January 2026 at the latest.

The schedule is to be determined but will be Tuesday through Saturday with 10-hour days.

The parents are wanting the candidate to have longevity with them as they intend to grow their family. Mom will be around during the day and is very hands on and involved in their son’s life, there will be times when you are working in tandem with one another.

The family have a housekeeper who will do the majority of the cleaning, but light housekeeping may still be required for the baby's areas.

The candidate should be professional and be able to offer gentle encouragement to ensure their son meets his developmental and educational milestones. 

• Follow the baby’s daily routine (feeding, diaper changes, nap times, playtime).
• Clean and prepare bottles 
• Assist with the weaning stage, introducing foods at appropriate stages, and preparing freshly prepared food and batch cooking
• Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities and outings 
• Manage nursery supplies, and sorting/organizing clothes and toys. 
• Collaborate and work in partnership with the parents to develop and implement routines that support the baby's developmental needs and adjust as the baby grows.
• Pack for travel, and research and plan activities and outings in the location of travel as the baby grows
• Manage and replenish inventory of baby-related items, while performing light housekeeping tasks associated with the baby, including bottle cleaning, baby laundry, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of baby’s areas
• Travel with the family as needed, for domestic and international vacations

• 5+ years experience caring for children of a similar age
• Discreet and willing to enter into a NDA
• Warm and caring personality
• A candidate who is patient, loving, proactive, and has an energetic attitude
• Driver with a clean licence

• Travel ready passport
• Candidates should be certified in infant/child CPR
• Legal to work in the US
• Excellent references
• Fluent English speaking, a second language will be a bonus
• This is a pet friendly household with the family owning a mini Berna-doodle hypoallergenic dog
