Overview

A dynamic, entrepreneurial woman in Brooklyn, NY, with additional residences in the Midwest and on the West Coast, is seeking an exceptional, full-time Butler to streamline, elevate, and enrich her daily life—a true right hand. A competent team, including an outstanding executive assistant, supports the household. The Butler will ensure seamless daily operations, uphold exceptional service standards, and serve as the central point of communication—operating as the “glue” that keeps all household functions running smoothly and cohesively.

The principal works from home most days, and the Butler’s primary responsibility is to provide attentive, discreet, and anticipatory service. This includes maintaining an organized, well-run home environment and supporting the principal’s day-to-day needs, while always ensuring absolute professionalism and discretion.

The ideal candidate will possess an intuitive understanding of high-level service within a luxury residence, demonstrate exceptional judgment, and thrive as part of a collaborative team. The general schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. This is a long-term opportunity to showcase your attention to detail, service-driven mindset, and commitment to excellence. Only local candidates will be considered.
