A warm, first-time family in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a long-term nanny to support their infant daughter (born August 2025). This role is part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time as the family’s needs evolve. Both parents work from home and are seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny who can confidently care for their baby while partnering respectfully alongside them in a collaborative household environment.

Schedule

• Part-time

• Guaranteed 20 hours per week

• Schedule is flexible and will be coordinated with the nanny’s availability

• Mix of daytime coverage and occasional evening hours (e.g., one evening per week for date nights)

• Weekends off

• Opportunity for additional hours overtime

• Full care for infant, including feedings, naps, and age-appropriate developmental play

• Supporting healthy routines and sleep schedules

• Baby-related tasks, including:

  • Baby laundry

  • Tidying baby areas

  • Bottle prep and baby food prep as introduced

• Working collaboratively with parents who are frequently home

• Occasional local outings and activities as the child grows

• Optional domestic and international travel with the family

• Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny experience, with strong infant experience

• Warm, calm, reliable, and confident

• Comfortable working in a staffed home (weekly housekeeper)

• Seeking a long-term role

• Open to travel; passport is a plus

• Second language (Spanish or French) is a plus, not required

• Comfortable around pets (family has two)

• Strong communication skills and professional discretion

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable using a family-provided vehicle during working hours

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Background check required

• $40–$50/hour, depending on experience

• Guaranteed 20 hours per week
