Overview

A warm and welcoming family recently settled in New Jersey is seeking two experienced, highly skilled Russian-speaking nannies to join their dedicated childcare team. The parents lead busy professional lives and deeply value reliability, emotional warmth, and a structured yet nurturing environment for their two toddlers. This is a unique opportunity to become a valued, long-term member of a collaborative and supportive team.  This is a full-time position within a rotational nanny team, providing continuous, high-quality care for two toddlers. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, developmentally supportive care, prioritizing the children’s safety, well-being, and emotional growth

  • Create and facilitate age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, such as creative projects, reading, outdoor play, sports, and exploratory learning

  • Support bilingual development in both Russian and English

  • Plan and coordinate play-dates, outings, and enrichment activities

  • Maintain consistent daily routines, including meals, hygiene, naps, and bedtime

  • Travel with the family as needed, ensuring continuity, comfort, and stability for the children

  • Communicate clearly and regularly with the parents about the children’s progress, routines, and any emerging needs

  • Work seamlessly with other nannies to provide a cohesive, team-oriented approach to childcare

Qualifications

  • Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor combined with strong professionalism

  • Deep understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning

  • Ability to balance structure with creativity, independence, and fun

  • Additional certifications in child development, safety, or specialized educational areas

  • Experience working within traditional Kosher households is highly valued

Requirements

  • MUST be willing to sign a NDA and background authorization form prior to interviews
  • Flexibility required for occasional travel domestically and internationally

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • 10+ years of nanny experience, including work in UHNW/UHNWI homes

  • Native-level Russian and fluent English (both required)

  • Formal education in Early Childhood Education or completed Child Psychology coursework

  • Strong references from previous long-term employers

  • High level of discretion, reliability, and respect for family privacy

  • Ability to work a rotational schedule and travel as needed
