A newly established UHNW family in New Jersey is seeking a polished, discreet, and exceptionally organized Full-Time Butler to oversee the smooth daily operation of their residence and provide high-level support at home and while traveling. This is an outstanding long-term opportunity for a service-driven professional who prides themselves on excellence, initiative, and discretion within a refined and fast-paced household.

Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless support during all family travel, including packing, itinerary coordination, logistics, and arranging accommodations and dining.

  • Anticipate needs and preferences to deliver intuitive, personalized service without requiring direction.

  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and ensuring the residence is always maintained to the highest standard.

  • Manage household inventories and procurement to guarantee efficient and uninterrupted daily operations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all household matters while upholding absolute discretion and professionalism.

  • Work collaboratively with other household staff to create a harmonious, service-focused environment.

  • Travel both domestic and international from time to time

  • Hands-on role working closely with the family and the household team

  • Long-term placement with growth potential within a well-supported environment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within high-standard or UHNWI households.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, remain composed under pressure, and maintain a service-first mindset.

  • Background supporting traditional Jewish households is a welcomed advantage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Butler in a formal, high-level residence.

  • Native Russian fluency required, with excellent English communication skills.

  • Fully authorized to work in the U.S. and to travel internationally.

  • Demonstrated discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

  • Valid references from previous employers.

Salary and Benefits

  • Compensation and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience, reflecting the high standards and expectations of the role.
