A wonderful expat family of five is seeking a top-notch, full-time nanny to care for their three children, ages 1, 4, and 7. This is a live-in position, and the nanny will be provided with a private bedroom and bathroom. It is a fast-paced household with the family spending 8 months of the year in Dubai and the remainder in Europe.

The two older children are currently home-schooled and would like the nanny to assist with their academic learning; they follow the IB curriculum. Mom is available during the day and will care for their younger sibling during learning time; you will work closely together to ensure the children meet their milestones. The ideal candidate will be Norland trained, hold a similar qualification, or have previously worked in a classroom.

The schedule will be 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday, and 10 hours per day.

They are seeking a candidate who is proactive, can hit the ground running, and wants to build a long-term relationship with their family. The position is to start ASAP.

The nanny will be responsible for:

• Creating a structured learning environment for the two older children
• Ensuring the children are meeting their educational milestones
• Working alongside their mom and planning lessons to follow the IB curriculum
• Teaching English and maths through age-appropriate games and activities
• Developing the children's social skills, including their understanding of different cultures, etiquette, morals, discipline, and values
• Take the children to activities outside of learning hours
• Accompanying the family on trips and helping them arrange fun and memorable activities whilst continuing their schooling
• Generally being invested in the children's health, well-being, and progress

• The ability to speak Spanish would be a bonus
• Driver with a clean license

The ideal candidate should:

• Be responsible, and possess strong moral principles
• Have a genuine love for working with children and a passion for teaching
• Hold a European passport as the family travel to Europe for extended periods of time
• Fluent English speaking
• Previous experience working in the Middle East would be preferred
• Be fit and active, they are a very sporty family
• Having previous experience working in a classroom would be a bonus
• Be a team-player, happy to work alongside the children's parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children
• Be warm, fun, active, and full of ideas and inspiration
• Be flexible, and able to accommodate any changes
