A sophisticated and fast-paced Miami Beach–based family of six seeks a top-tier polished Estate Chief Stewardess to provide five-star service and household management support. Think California elegance. The role is primarily based at their Miami Beach residence, with approximately two months each summer spent in the Hamptons. This position is ideal for a calm, capable professional who thrives in an active household and brings both poise, elegance, and practicality to every task. This is a unique opportunity to join a private, service-oriented family that values professionalism, adaptability, and gracious hospitality. The home environment is luxurious yet relaxed, lively, and dynamic. The family consists of a C-suite couple and their four young children under the age of 12. The Stewardess plays a key role in ensuring the household runs smoothly, elegantly, and efficiently. Working closely with the Estate Manager and support team, the Stewardess delivers seamless operations, thoughtful service, and a warm, polished environment. The family values longevity and rewards staff in kind—many staff members have been with them for years. The team includes drivers, housemen, housekeepers, a 2nd stewardess, an Estate Manager, a Chef, and an EA/PA. They are seeking someone who will become a long-term, trusted member of this cohesive and supportive team. The schedule will be Wednesday through Sunday with Mondays and Tuesdays off. It will be an approximately 40-hour workweek starting around 2pm and done around 10/11pm. The role starts ASAP.

The position has two main areas of focus:

• Residence Oversight – Manage housekeepers, organize beverage and snack inventories, and lead service for weekly family meals and social gatherings.
• Yacht Service Management – Oversee the interior of the family’s 72’ yacht docked at the home, providing onboard service for day trips around Miami and occasional excursions to the Bahamas and June and July in the Hamptons. The ideal candidate is mature, personable, and equally comfortable supporting private yacht operations and providing high-touch service in a private residential setting.

Specific further job duties include:

• Manage inventories, track and replenish supplies, and maintain organization across multiple residences.
• Uphold the highest standards of privacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Model calm, respectful communication and collaboration in a busy household.
• Set and serve formal and informal meals with a refined yet relaxed “California Elegant” approach.
• Deliver attentive, anticipatory service to principals and guests with warmth and precision.

• Must be able to live/work in the Hamptons 2 months a year
• Must be comfortable providing top-tier elegant service and also being able and willing to do housekeeping help (I.E., mopping, vacuuming, straightening up pillows daily, meal service, etc.). A "no job too small" mentality.

• $90-100k annually DOE with benefits and 2 bonuses annually depending on job performance
