A newly established private family in New Jersey is seeking a full-time executive housekeeper and an additional housekeeper to help keep their home running smoothly. The household includes children and has a warm, respectful culture in which professionalism and teamwork are valued. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys being part of a thoughtful, well-coordinated household. The schedule will be discussed directly with the family and may require some flexibility. The head housekeeper must speak Russian. 

• Perform daily cleaning of all living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general organization
• Handle all laundry needs, including ironing and caring for delicate and high-end fabrics
• Refresh bed linens and towels on a regular schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen; manage dishes; and help with basic meal prep when needed
• Take on grocery shopping and manage household supplies to ensure the home stays well-stocked
• Keep the home tidy, safe, and welcoming for the family
• Work closely with other members of the household team to support smooth daily operations
• Anticipate household needs and help maintain high standards of comfort, efficiency, and organization

• Experience working in UHNW/UHNWI households
• A strong eye for detail and a true appreciation for maintaining a polished, well-run home
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to fit naturally into a team-focused environment
• Comfort working in homes that observe traditional Jewish customs 

• Native-level Russian and fluent English (ONLY for the head housekeeper) 
• Demonstrated professional housekeeping experience in similar high-level homes
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to discretion
• Flexibility and adaptability as household needs evolve
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong, verifiable references from previous employers

• This role is DOE but starts around $100k anually plus benefits
