A busy couple living in Miami Beach, FL, expecting their first baby in April 2026, is seeking a loving newborn care specialist to gently and proactively guide them through the first 3 months. There is a possibility that the contract could be extended later if both parties agree.

• Care and engagement of the baby, including but not limited to, sleep, feeding, and routine management
• Light housekeeping related to the baby, which will include keeping baby's spaces organized, clean, and tidy and sanitizing any toys or feeding items including bottles 
• Communicating with the parents about milestones, activities, temperament, and needs and collaborating with them on care
• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
• Provide professional guidance as it pertains to baby care while respecting the family’s personal preferences
• Encourage healthy sleep habits and follow safe sleep guidelines 

• The right candidate will have a positive and warm demeanor, glowing references, and plenty of experience supporting first-time parents.
• Knowledgeable and supportive personality, able to kindly guide new parents

• 5+ years as a newborn care specialist

• CPR and first aid certified, willing to renew before start date
• Up-to-date vaccinations – TDap, Flu
• Available to commit for a minimum of 12 weeks
• Legal to work in the U.S.

Day rates DOE and start at $700 per day
