A family of three is searching for a rock-star newborn care specialist to help with nights when their 2nd baby arrives in December. This is a live-out position, so the candidate should already be living locally or within a commutable distance to Laurel, NY.   The role will be 5-6 nights per week, 12 hours each night. The duration of the contract will be 8 to 12 weeks. The family prefers a local candidate who can just do nights, but is open to 20/6 care if it's the right fit.

Primarily newborn care support, including:

• Establishing healthy sleep habits
• Help mom recover from C-section
• General newborn routines
• Provide tips, education, and hands-on help during the early months so the parents feel confident and supported
• Seamlessly align with household members and an active 2-year-old
• Providing general support and assistance, wherever required
• Help to clean and sterilize bottles
• Maintain a clean and tidy nursery, and more

• Must have at least 5 years' verifiable experience working as a newborn care specialist
• Local to the area
• Calm, kind, and easy-going 

• Legal to work in the US
• Fully vaccinated
• Available for 8-12 weeks
• Prior NCS experience and sleep training success  
• Valid and clean driver's license

• $45 per hour for a live-out shift and flexible for the right person!
