A wonderful family of four living in Brooklyn, is seeking an ASAP part-time housekeeper. They live in a five-storey brownstone and would like for the housekeeper to visit twice a week, for six hours each day. The days will likely be at the start and end of the week.

They are looking for someone to help with general house organization and housekeeping duties.

All housekeeping duties, including but not limited to,

• Family laundry-must have great laundry skills, ironing, putting away, and washing delicate materials
• Ensure the linen closet is well organised, folded and pressed
• Dry cleaning drop off/pick up, when required
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher and tidying up the kitchen
• Cleaning the stove, fridge, and microwave
• Cleaning expensive furniture and using the correct products
• Deep cleaning
• Proactively organize toys and closets
• Run errands when needed
• Storing equipment correctly
• Cleaning chandeliers and other light fittings
• Cleaning the inside windows
• Sweep the front steps, and hose them down

• Fluent English speaking
• Ability to help out with childcare if the nanny is off
• The family is looking for someone mature with a warm and friendly presence

• Someone who has a keen eye for cleanliness
• Good organizational skills
• Child friendly
