Seeking a temporary live-in guardian and mentor to support a 16 year-old girl studying at the Munich International School.  The role will start 10th October and will finish 1st December 2025.  Candidates should assume that there will be a varying schedule that will include mornings and after school, and certain points during the day depending on the school timetable.  There may also be weekend cover required, particularly if the parents are travelling.

The parents travel regularly and so are seeking a trusted, live-in guardian to provide stability, academic oversight, and a supportive presence during this period.  The successful candidate will:

• Provide structure, academic oversight, and encouragement for Holly
• Monitor homework and study routines, ensuring accountability
• Act as a liaison with school/teachers when required
• Support healthy routines, including simple meal preparation
• Serve as a role model and trusted adult presence
• Manage the home in the parents' absence

• Responsible, trustworthy, and mature
• Pedagogically trained or with a strong background in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or youth guidance
• Experience with international schools or the IB curriculum highly regarded
• Organised, with excellent communication skills
• Warm, supportive, encouraging independence while ensuring boundaries
• Fluent in both English and German (essential)
• Current First Aid certification and background check
