A discreet and UHNW client in Santa Monica is seeking a top-notch professional housekeeper for their home. The schedule can be flexible, but ideally 3-5 days/week and 1 of those days being on a weekend. An ideal schedule would be Tuesday through Saturday, for example. The hours can be either 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm. They currently have a morning/early afternoon housekeeper during the weekdays and a weekend housekeeper, so there will be some overlap with other staff and the person to hire for this role must work well alongside others and work well on their own also. The home is approximately 7 bedrooms and 8,000 sq. ft. This role is live-out.

• General cleaning of the home, including deep cleaning
• Laundry for the family
• Walking the 2 small dogs (terrier mutts and they don't shed so hypoallergenic)
• Help caring for the 2 chickens (very easy)
• Sometimes going to their Malibu home to clean every other week or so if requested
• Enjoys working around children as their are 4 in the home
• The morning housekeeper sometimes makes the children breakfast so perhaps doing this as well at times as a collaborative effort

• Having excellent critical thinking
• Being a great communicator (really important to the family)
• Can think on their feet, but at the same time the female principal appreciates questions and can answer anything
• Being very discreet (candidate to hire will have to sign an NDA for this role)

• $45-55/hour DOE
• 10 days' vacation
• Major holidays off and paid (New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, Memorial Day)
• Insurance premium reimbursement up to $750/month
