A wonderful family in Hillsborough, CA is seeking a fantastic career nanny/family assistant for their 6-year-old twins. Their former nannies have stayed with them for many years. The schedule is 2pm-9pm Monday through Friday and they will guarantee pay for 35 hours a week. If the candidate to hire prefers to work until 8pm instead they can accommodate that, but do need flexibility at times for later evenings. The family values the children treating people well, embodying kindness, and in their home they use proper manners (saying please and thank you, etc.). They desire a strong role model for their precious daughters who also has a continuous improvement mindset and values their daughters being raised as leaders, independent, empowered, and that their voice matters. There are often other family members around or the parents themselves around so working in a family household with not just the children present is important for this role. The current nanny of 5.5 years will be available to do some overlap training for the nanny to hire before she departs in September. The role therefore starts as soon as possible.
