A wonderful family located in Litchfield County, CT, is looking for a full-time nanny for their two young sons. The position starts as soon as they find the right candidate, ideally in September 2025. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm, with the flexibility for occasional date nights. They are looking for someone who is professional and can maintain boundaries, but who is also friendly and comfortable in their home, and able to be a part of their family long-term. Overall, they are looking for someone positive, friendly, and warm, and who can maintain the structure and routine of the day, but also be playful and engaging with their children.

• Overall care for the children
• Creating developmental and age-appropriate activities and planning outside time and outings
  
• Keeping them engaged
• Helping with nap routines and maintaining the structure of the day
  
• Snack and meal prep for the children
  
• Help with bath-time and bedtime when needed
• Light child-related housekeeping such as organizing, children's laundry, and keeping child areas tidy
  
• School pick-ups and occasional drop-offs when needed

• Positive, friendly, warm, happy to see the children every day

• Proactive and able to step in where needed without having to be asked

• Hourly rate is $30-$40, based on experience
