A wonderful family located in Litchfield County, CT, is looking for a full-time nanny for their two young sons. The position starts as soon as they find the right candidate, ideally in September 2025. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm, with the flexibility for occasional date nights. They are looking for someone who is warm, kind, and energetic. Overall, the ideal candidate is positive and nurturing, able to facilitate enriching and engaging activities for the children, and can maintain the structure and routine of the day. They should be patient and understanding, while able to calmly hold boundaries.

• Overall care for the children
• Creating developmental and age-appropriate activities and planning outside time and outings
  
• Keeping them engaged
• Maintaining nap routine and the structure of the day
  
• Snack and meal prep for the children
  
• Help with bath-time and bedtime when needed
• Light child-related housekeeping such as organizing, children's laundry, and keeping child areas tidy
  
• School pick-ups and drop-offs

• Hourly rate is $30-$40, based on experience
