A first-time mom is in search of a fantastic live-in nanny for her 5-month-old baby. The role will mainly be in West Hampton, NY, but the family has a home in New York City as well. The role will be Monday through Friday, with flexibility to occasionally work a weekend day in exchange for weekdays off. The family will guarantee a very generous salary range for a candidate who can provide flexibility in the daytime schedule. The family is looking for someone to stay with them for many years.

• Work well with an involved new mother 
• Help mom with all duties related to the child, including overseeing sleep, meal, and hygiene routines.
• Step in when mom has appointments or leaves the home
• Work well with a live-in HK
• Researching and scheduling classes, play-dates, and outings when time allows
• Making nutritious kid-friendly meals when time
• Keeping the child's areas and belongings tidy and organized
• Child-related laundry
• Travel occasionally with the family 

• Flexible, proactive, and organized 
• Creative and engaging, and enjoys getting down to the child's level 
• Background in children's education and development 
• Positive, warm, and loving 
• Happy to work with involved parents, with an ability to "read the room" and step in and out as needed

• US work authorization
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• CPR/First aid certified
• Ability to live-in
• Strong swimmer 
• Able to travel domestically and internationally 

• The role does depend on experience and is open for the right person. Salary starts around $120k+
