A warm, kind family in Los Angeles, CA (Venice), is seeking a trustworthy and dependable live-in housekeeper for their 2000 square foot home, starting asap. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8am-8pm, and 8am-12pm on Saturday, with substantial downtime throughout the day during the week. The candidate will be provided with a separate ADU, complete with a full bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, and laundry facilities.

• Responsibilities will mostly pertain to daily organization of the home, such as making beds, cleaning up the kitchen and living areas, and generally ensuring the property is tidy and in excellent working order. Another individual comes 4 x per week to deep clean the property, manage the family laundry, change the bed linen, etc., but if anything is outstanding, candidates should proactively ensure it’s taken care of.
• The family is having a baby in early 2026 and would love the candidate to grow with their family and be a helpful set of hands, if they need childcare cover for an hour or two (the family will have dedicated childcare so this will only be every now and then)
• Dog care - the family has 2 x friendly, cherished dogs (an English Cocker Spaniel and a Newfoundland). The Newfoundland has allergies, and the housekeeper will be required to bathe him 3 times per week with special soap. 

• Must have at least 5 years' verifiable experience
• Experience working with pets is preferred, and a love of dogs is a must

• US passport, Green Card or EAC 
• COVID vaccinated, and up to date on Flu/RSV/Tdap and MMR vaccinations (since there will be a newborn in the home in early 2026)
• Passport ready and willing to travel domestically and internationally, if required 
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driving license
• Trustline registered (or willing to register ASAP) 

• $30-$50/hr plus full benefits and a healthcare stipend
