  • Oversee guest accommodations and hospitality, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors.
  • Ensure the estate is secure at all times, including monitoring security systems and managing access to the property.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols for staff and guests.
  • Respond to emergencies and unexpected situations with calm and effective solutions.
  • Budget management, including tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Approve and process invoices, ensuring timely payment of vendors and contractors.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role is key - this is a hybrid opportunity and candidates who are able to fulfill all 4 features of this role will be best placed to thrive - i.e.  property management, gardening/landscaping, pet care, and food prep (there are no food allergies or specific dietary requirements to accommodate)

  • Proficiency in budgeting, and financial management
  • A background in hospitality or luxury service is highly desirable.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Requirements
