A warm, professional British family in Menlo-Atherton, CA is seeking an exceptional live-out Norland/career nanny for their toddler, with a second baby due March 2026. The schedule will typically be 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with final hours to be agreed directly with the family. This kind, worldly, and emotionally intelligent household is seeking a long-term career nanny to grow with their family and become a meaningful part of their children’s lives. The family is open to a British nanny relocating within the US for the right fit.

• Full-charge childcare: providing a warm, nurturing, and developmentally rich environment
• Planning and leading age-appropriate, educational, and enrichment-based activities
• Supporting physical, emotional, and social development through daily routines
• Transportation to activities, playdates, and outings using the provided car (neighborhood is also very walkable)
• Coordinating schedules for meals, naps, and activities
• Preparing, washing, and sanitizing bottles and baby items
• Children’s laundry and child-related meal preparation, including support with weaning
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all child spaces
• Restocking baby supplies (diapers, wipes, clothing, etc.)

• Deep alignment with a Montessori/screen-free approach
• Strong understanding of developmental milestones and early childhood stages
