Overview

A discreet, growing family in New York City is seeking a reliable, caring, dynamic, trustworthy, loving ROTA nanny to provide care for their 5-month-old baby and future children. Coverage will be split between 2 ROTA nannies, working 24-hour shifts for (7, 10 or 14) day periods (7/7, 10/10, or 14/14 blocks). The location of the role will be split between NYC and Greenwich, CT. When in NYC, the nanny would live-out (so must have their own local housing), and the schedule will typically be 12 hours per day. When in Greenwich, the nanny would ideally live in, unless commuting is preferred and feasible. While travel isn't a major focus, some flexibility for occasional trips (domestic and international) would be appreciated.

The family are ideally seeking a long-term commitment from candidates, to ensure consistency of care for their children - long-term nannies who are excited to grow with them, who can build a meaningful relationship with their child(ren) and adapt with care as their needs evolve. They’re seeking warm, thoughtful nannies who are truly passionate about child development, dedicated to creating a nurturing and calm environment, and who thrive in collaborative, team-oriented household. This is a deeply valued role in a loving home, with parents who respect and appreciate the unique contributions of a fantastic nanny.

To reiterate, no fly-in/fly-out is possible with this role and the family will not entertain candidates who may know New York well, but are no longer based there.

Both ROTA nannies will ideally be hired by the first week of September at the earliest, and by December 1st at the latest.
