A loving and super nice family of four in Lincoln, MA (about 25 minutes from Boston) is seeking a full-time live-in family assistant to join their family. Two children, ages 8 and 11. The home is very active. Both parents work and travel for work. There will be days when the nanny is the one in charge overnight or early mornings when they need to catch a flight. The parents will set a weekly schedule, but there may be tweaks each week based on their work schedule. The family will guarantee fifty hours a week, scheduled between Monday through Friday and the 7am and 7:30pm. Flexibility is key!. The family tries to spend weekends together, so they rarely need any help on those days. They would love someone who is seeking longevity to grow older with the children. The family is looking to hire immediately.

• Typical schedule begins at 7am with getting the children up, dressed, breakfast, and off to school
• Family Assistant tasks throughout the day may include:
  • Packing for afterschool activities
  • Children's laundry
  • Meal Prep
  • Dealing with Vendors
  • Making sure the car has gas for a weekend trip, etc
  • Tidying up around the home, after the children
  • Organizing projects
  • Random errands
  • Pet care - family has a cat
• School pick up is 3 pm and then afterschool activities
• Logistics of driving two children to different activities
• Homework
• Dinner, bath and bedtime routine

Note:  A car will be provided to the nanny for both personal and work use. 

          The living accommodations will be a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom which is on the third floor of the home.  The nanny has full access to the rest of the home.

• Legal to work in the US
• Passport Ready
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Prior experience with school-aged children
• Comfortable working with a cat in the home
• Able to swim
• Fully Vaccinated

The family is offering a competitive rate of $35/hr+ depending on experience.
