A professional family in Canandaigua, NY is looking for a full-time property manager/domestic couple to oversee their properties.  The family has 13 acres on Canandaigua Lake, inclusive of 4 houses and 2 barns.  The main house is 7,000 square feet with 6-bedrooms and 7-baths.  They have an 800 square foot boat house on the water and 3 1,300 square foot cottages with each including 2-bedrooms and 2-baths.  In addition, the family has 2 homes in Rochester, NY (30 miles away). This is a hands-on role. Housing will be provided as well as a stipend for relocation.

• Full care of properties from coordinating vendors to performing the work that needs to be done inside and outside the homes
• Ensure properties are always maintained
• Assist with inventory of household supplies
• Manage multiple locations at once
• When family is on-site and entertaining, assist with coordination and hospitality 
• Communicate with principals 

• Assist with pet care/pet sitting
• Cooking and meal prep
• Can-do attitude
• Hands-on approach
• Strategic and pro-active 

• Legal to work in US
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience with multiple properties

$70 - $95/hr based on experience
