Overview

A warm, welcoming family is seeking a full-time nanny to join their team and care for their joyful baby girl. The family is transitioning from the downtown Chicago area to the suburbs. They are seeking a nanny based in the North or West suburbs, with a desire to grow in the role for years to come.

This is an ideal role for a developmentally-minded nanny who brings calm, grounded energy and a warm, loving approach. The ideal candidate is experienced with infants, understands how to support early learning and routines, and thrives in peaceful, professional homes. The family values someone who is happy to pitch in with all aspects of childcare for their sweet baby.

The mom works from a home office and enjoys being involved, but is looking for someone confident and independent who can lead the day with structure, developmental play, and loving consistency. The family has a dog—so must love dogs!

  • Guaranteed 45 hours/week
