Overview

A wonderful family on the Upper East Side is seeking two fantastic ROTA nannies for their two infant sons. The schedule can be 1 week on/1 week off OR 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. The role begins in September or October 2025 when the babies will be approximately 5-6 months old. The babies are 7 weeks apart in age so this role is essentially for twins. This role is live-in whilst working and live-out when not working, so candidates to hire must have own accommodations in the NYC area.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the children's safety, health, and happiness at all times
  • Provide developmentally appropriate activities to support physical, cognitive, and emotional growth
  • Maintain the children's daily routine (feeding, naps, play)
  • Handle diaper changes, children's laundry, and meal prep/feeding
  • Keep the children’s room and play areas tidy (cleaning bottles, dishes after meals, organizing diaper bag, etc.)
  • Track and report the children's schedule (feeding, napping, etc.)
  • Take the children on walks, to parks, classes, or playdates
  • Bath time and bedtime
  • Due to 24/7 availability of a ROTA nanny, being up with and soothing the children through the night as required
  • Perform light household chores (related to the children and general tidiness)
  • Travel to Hamptons in the Summer and possibly Florida in the Winter

Requirements

  • There is 1 friendly Labrador mix dog in the home so must be comfortable with and not allergic to pets
  • Experience with little ones around the same ages, preferably twins, is sought after for this role

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting at $120k++ per ROTA Nanny
  • $300-400 monthly healthcare stipend
  • Due to ROTA nature of role and therefore having every other week or every other 2 weeks off, there will be no paid vacation time or holidays off if nanny is set to work those holidays per their set ROTA schedule
