A family of four living in Larchmont, New York is seeking a nanny/housekeeper to assist them in their home. They have twins aged 12 years-old. This is a live-out position, and the schedule would be Monday through Friday, 12pm-7/8pm with some flexibility if needed to work 10am-6pm on Fridays. It's an animal-friendly household; they have two French Bulldogs.

A candidate with special needs experience and knowledge of ASL would be an advantage.

The primary responsibilities for the position include

• Grocery shopping and running errands
• Ensuring the pantry is stocked and keeping the kitchen organized
• Housekeeping will include light cleaning, daily tidying and organizing, making/changing beds, vacuuming - a cleaner visits once a week to do a deep clean.
• Laundry and ironing
• Pick-ups/drop-offs from school and activities as needed- the family would provide a car
• Cooking dinner for the family - they enjoy family-style cuisine
• Prepare school lunch boxes the night before
• Pet care as needed - the family have two French Bulldogs

• The candidate must be comfortable around dogs

• The candidate must have strong housekeeping and organizational skills and be super meticulous (makes beds to a high standard, folds washing very nicely, organizes closets very well)
• Must be proactive and have an excellent eye for detail
• A combination of housekeeping and nanny experience
• The candidate should be very organized, discreet, proactive, and have a calm and positive disposition
• A clean driver's licence is required
• Fluent English speaker
• Someone warm but also discreet, and knows when to give the family privacy

• Compensation minimum $40-$45 per hour
• 2 weeks PTO
• 5 sick days
